The rear energy-absorbing box is not as long as the front, but the length still reaches 190mm. The rear longitudinal beam adopts TWB laser welding technology, and the proportion of high-strength steel and aluminum alloy in the whole body-in-white reaches 75%, ensuring the torsional stiffness of the frame.

In the design of the suspension, Lynk & Co 08 uses a front McPherson + rear multi-link fully independent suspension, E-shaped four-link suspension is more common, and there is no bright spot in the application. The control arm of the front McPherson suspension is a double-layer stamped steel plate, the four-link is also a stamped steel plate, and the horn is aluminum alloy, which is not outstanding at this price.
